Your monthly membership fee gives you the ability to call, text, or email your doctor with questions, and you can usually get a same day or next business day appointment when you need care.

Instead of paying copays or dealing with insurance billing, our patients join our practice through a low monthly membership. Your membership gives you unlimited access to your primary care team — whenever and however you need us.

We don’t bill insurance — and that’s a good thing.

It depends. If you have copayments for office visits and prescriptions or a high deductible health plan, you may find that direct primary care offers you more affordable care.
Did you know you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for membership starting in January 2026?
If you do not have insurance, a membership may cover many of your health care needs for far less than in a traditional clinic.
