What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct primary care is a model where instead of using health insurance, you pay a low monthly membership that gives you unlimited access to your primary care team — whenever and however you need us.

With your membership, you’ll enjoy:

  • Unlimited visits — in person or via telehealth

  • Same-day or next-business day appointments

  • Direct access to your doctor — no call centers, no waiting weeks for an appointment. Call, email, or text your doctor directly.

  • Deeply discounted labs, imaging, and medications — often at wholesale prices

  • Transparent, affordable pricing — no surprise bills, copays, deductibles. Just a single, easy to understand monthly fee.

Why No Insurance?

By skipping the middleman and working directly with you instead of insurance companies, we can:

  • Spend more time with each patient, and be available when you need us. Visits aren't rushed.

  • Focus on your health - Every medical decision is based on what's best for you, not what an insurance company will approve

  • Offer transparent, affordable pricing-You always know exactly what care will cost with us. We can keep our overhead low, making care much more affordable

  • Avoid the red tape and delays that make healthcare frustrating for everyone

In short, you get better care, faster access, and honest pricing — all for a simple monthly fee. We still recommend that you have insurance if you can to cover things like specialist visits, hospital care, tests, or medications — but your primary care stays direct, simple, and patient-centered.

Isn't it more affordable to use my insurance?

It depends. If you have copayments for office visits and prescriptions or a high deductible health plan, you may find that direct primary care offers you more affordable care.

If you do not have insurance, a membership may cover many of your health care needs for far less than in a traditional clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend having health insurance to pay for ER and hospital visits, specialty care, and tests done outside our facility.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for membership?
