What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct primary care is a model where instead of using health insurance, you pay a low monthly membership that gives you unlimited access to your primary care team — whenever and however you need us.
With your membership, you’ll enjoy:
Unlimited visits — in person or via telehealth
Same-day or next-business day appointments
Direct access to your doctor — no call centers, no waiting weeks for an appointment. Call, email, or text your doctor directly.
Deeply discounted labs, imaging, and medications — often at wholesale prices
Transparent, affordable pricing — no surprise bills, copays, deductibles. Just a single, easy to understand monthly fee.

Why No Insurance?
By skipping the middleman and working directly with you instead of insurance companies, we can:
Spend more time with each patient, and be available when you need us. Visits aren't rushed.
Focus on your health - Every medical decision is based on what's best for you, not what an insurance company will approve
Offer transparent, affordable pricing-You always know exactly what care will cost with us. We can keep our overhead low, making care much more affordable
Avoid the red tape and delays that make healthcare frustrating for everyone
In short, you get better care, faster access, and honest pricing — all for a simple monthly fee. We still recommend that you have insurance if you can to cover things like specialist visits, hospital care, tests, or medications — but your primary care stays direct, simple, and patient-centered.
Isn't it more affordable to use my insurance?
It depends. If you have copayments for office visits and prescriptions or a high deductible health plan, you may find that direct primary care offers you more affordable care.
If you do not have insurance, a membership may cover many of your health care needs for far less than in a traditional clinic.
